North Shore Billet Shimano 88BCD XTR M985 Narrow Wide Chainring
The 88BCD rings are specifically designed to fit Shimano XTR M985 Race cranksets
By utilising a standard chainring profile and varying the tooth thickness, these rings help retain the chain through rough terrain and high speed pedalling.The combination of the narrow / wide teeth virtually eliminate dropped chains and the thicker tooth also helps with better chain engagement and provides increased forward drive through improved chain contact.
All North Shore Billet chainrings are machined from aerospace grade alloy. This superior grade of alloy ensures the rings are light, strong and durable.
In addition North Shore Billet use a hard anodising process. This provides a tough and durable finish that further improves chainring life.
