9point8 Stout Stem
The Stout stem combines advanced design and engineering with 7075 Alloy to produce a strong yet light mountain stem.
7075 grade aluminium provides a much higher strength to weight ratio compared to the more commonly used 6061 grade.
The Stout has been optimally designed to ensure that there is strength where needed but excess material has been removed to save weight wherever possible.
The wide clamp provides a secure, non twist interface between the stem and bars, and the bar is clamped at less than 180 degrees so effectively moving the weight to the low profile face plates.
