9point8 Brake Release Tool
You'll need a brake release tool for most maintenance jobs on any 9point8 Fall Line seat post.
The new brake release tool features a more ergonomic design with a larger diameter textured thumb wheel.
You can also now install a lock on grip to the tool to further improve the feel and usability.
To use the tool you'll also need a standard splined casette tool with a hole in the centre.
We find the Park FR-5 works best and you can pick these up or similar ones at most bike shops.
