Switchback Sports is a UK registered company having been in business since 2008 and we comply fully with UK law relating to mail order companies and the distance selling regulations.
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and our service and invite your comments if we fail in any way. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Times and Postage Costs
Delivery times for the UK are normally 1-2 working days.

Customs Duties/tax
Please note for non EU countries there may be customs/import duties to pay depending on the value of the goods, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are in sterling and include VAT at the standard rate (20%).
Purchases made from outside the EU can order VAT free.
Purchases made from outside the UK will be charged in sterling and the amount will be converted to your local currency at the rate specified by your credit card company.
When ordering you must state the correct card holders details including address, these details are checked for security reasons and any mis-match in details may cause a delay.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and use Worldpay and Paypal to process our on-line payments.

All payments and all card payments are processed in line with PCI DSS industry security standards.
Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers.
Accuracy of Our Website
We aim to keep all pictures and product descriptions up to date and as accurate as possible, however we have to rely on our manufacturers and suppliers to provide us with the correct information. Occasionally our brands do make changes to products but we aim to ensure that we supply you with the most current and up to date model whenever possible. Where a weight is given for a particular product this is the weight quoted by the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
If any product we supply is different from the description given we will of course offer a replacement or refund.
Back Orders
We aim to keep all of the goods listed on our website physically in stock.
We update our site daily so our stock levels are as accurate as possible, however occasionally mistakes can happen and if we are out of a product that you order that will delay despatch by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to wait, receive an alternative product or get a refund.
Offers, Coupons & Discounts
We sometimes issue discount vouchers or run money off promotions.
Unfortunately none of these offers can be applied retrospectively.
